oh flame of mine

Oh flame of mine,
blame not the wind when it blows,
when rain pours, and dust suffocates;
’tis just their nature.

Oh flame of mine stay true;
’tis your own nature to blaze!

Oh flame of mine,
fear not the billows,
the torrents, and the deluge;
’tis all mere commotion.

Oh flame of mine stay strong;
’tis with intention that you rage!

Oh flame of mine,
regret not the pain,
the burn, the price;
’tis are all necessary.

Oh flame of mine stay the course,
your purpose transcends any regret!

Oh flame of mine,
flame on.
Warmth blames not the cold.
Light fears not the darkness.
Life, intentionally lived, regrets nothing.
