Before I answer, or someone answer for me, an anecdote.
Heard about President Kennedy and the NASA janitor?
True story?
Does it matter?
I am helping put a man on the moon.

A unified vision and mission story, as it is popularly used.
Hailing NASA and the President for being able to have everyone face and work towards one goal.
But I’m more honed in on this janitor.
Such character.
Such self-awareness.
Such pride in what he does.
But with such humility to know what he is all about.
Don’t let the awe-inspiring man on the moon blind you
from what is, and should be, the brightest light
and the strongest flame within us all.
